Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Book a tour online or call us during office hours.

Regency Park welcomes your furry friends and is proud to be a pet‑friendly community. We partner with PetScreening to help register pets, ensuring a well‑maintained and enjoyable environment for all residents. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with breed restrictions that may apply. We encourage all residents to review our full pet policies and complete their PetScreening registration with our office before bringing home their new companion. Yes, our Damage Waiver Program is required at our community. Personal Property coverage is not required, but we highly recommend obtaining to cover your personal belongings. Please contact the office for more details.

Yes! We offer short-term leases to accommodate life’s changing needs, with terms ranging from 3 to 15 months.
Yes, all applicants undergo standard credit, criminal, and rental history screenings.
Applicants are required to earn at least three times the monthly base rent. Additional factors such as credit, rental history, and background checks are also reviewed.

Pricing, Fees & Deposits

At Regency Park, we’re transparent about pricing and fees. All fees and services are clearly detailed in the Community Fee Guide, including requirements, and option add-ons. So you know exactly what to expect. This is located on our floorplan page, or we can provide a copy for you when you visit our leasing office!

We offer both traditional security deposits and flexible deposit alternatives through Jetty. After you complete a quick qualification process, you can choose the option that best fits your budget and move‑in needs. Pet Policy

Love where you live? Renew at Regency Park in a few clicks. Early renewal notices are sent out 90 days before your lease end date, and renewals can be completed online. Have additional questions? Give us a call, or stop by the leasing office.
Paying rent is simple and convenient! Use our secure resident portal with your bank account, debit or credit card, or, if you prefer, submit an eMoney order at select payment locations. Contact our leasing office for details.

Move-in / Move-out

Move‑in dates vary based on availability and the completion of your application. When you apply, we’ll gladly help you choose a move‑in date that fits your timing and makes your transition smooth.
On move-in day, everything will be ready for you! Once your rental application is approved, we send a detailed welcome email with your new address and a move-in preparation guide so that you may ensure utilities are set up, required payments are submitted and all necessary information is submitted to ensure a smooth and stress-free move.
We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required. To ensure a smooth transition for all, our team will provide detailed move‑out instructions, which may include a pre‑move‑out inspection, an overview of the check‑out process, and what to expect on your final move‑out statement.
